1960s FOLBOT SUPER FOLDING KAYAK 17 1/2 ft. w/ PADDLES -2 person- vintage

'Super' model
Folbot Folding Kayak -- seats two people and is rather heavy: probably around 80 pounds -- it has a wood and aluminum frame that inserts into a vinyl/cloth skin -- included are two padded back rests and two sets of 2-part paddles or oars
-- boat measures app. 17 1/2 ft. long by 37 in. wide

frame has moderate wear here and there: the wood needs re-varnishing and there are a few small pieces that are worn -- the skin shrunk a little so I cut the two upper poles on each side to shorten the frame a little, and shortened a wood strut, and now it fits well -- the upper surface of the skin has some seams coming undone with several rips as well-the thicker bottom is in pretty nice condition but smudged and scratched a bit -- also the metal bracket at the end of one of the rails has come loose -- paddles are nice though a little dented and nicked on the aluminum ends with a little wear to the finish and wear to the decals
