Two Engraved 1932 3 & 5 Cent XXIII Olympics Stamps.
(B-62). These beautiful Intaglio Steel Plate Engravings represent the Art and Beauty of our early United States Paper on Money and Stamps.  Souvenir Cards depict a large part of America's History and Values, at a fraction of what the original piece of Paper Money or Stamps would cost. Perfect for framing, or to be given as wonderful gifts. Unfortunately the Bureau of Engraving and Printing (B.E.P.) and the American Bank Note Co (ABNCo) no longer issue Souvenir Cards for numismatic or philatelic events as they once did. and can now only be acquired on the secondary market. This Souvenir Card was issued for the
October 21-23, 1983 Philatelic '83 Show, in Boston, Massachusetts.
