Most adorable 1920s sterling silver baby mug with Kate Greenaway-style nursery rhyme characters all around. The front of mug has hens in bonnets with umbrellas and is engraved in block letters with original owner's name "ANN ELIZABETH McWHIRTER". Around the sides are charming depictions of babes in bonnets "Little Nanny Etticoat", "Mary, Mary", "Little Bo Peep", and "I Love Little Pussy". Bottom has hallmark for McChesney Co and marked STERLING and numbered "W15-29".
