    Description

    This 1926 Dayton XL- 25 model M-3001 radio was manufactured in Dayton, Ohio by the Dayton Radio Company and still bears both its original factory inspection tag as well as its repair tag from Woodworth repairs from the 1980s. It was broadcast only and there was also a console version of this tabletop piece. They stopped manufacturing it in 1932.  It measures 21" long, 8" wide, 8 1/2" high, and weighs approximately 16 lbs.
    This item is in fair condition but does show significant signs of wear from age and use. The radio is need of repair and has not been tested for any kind of functionality. There is no cord. The cabinet is structurally sound but shows significant cosmetic deterioration due specifically to age. Please consult all images and message with any questions.
