Antique Silver Funnel with 800 stamped 0n the funnel. It could be a perfume funnel or possibly a wine funnel or who knows oil funnel.  Don’ have any idea of silver content. Funnel is Ornate. Design of handle looks like it is a coat of arms with a lion and the opposite side of funnel as a design. Check pictures for greater detail.
