    This is Cherished Teddies ~ FRED which is Item #661856. ~ This piece was introduced in 1999 and retired in 2001. ~ He is making himself a peanut butter and jelly sandwich while standing on a Dictionary so that he will be able to reach up high enough to reach his task! ~ This piece is 4" high and 3.5" wide. ~ The quote on the bottom reads "YOU'RE THE BEST THING SINCE SLICED BREAD". ~~~~~
