Jojoba (ho-HO-ba) oil, also referred to as golden jojoba oil, is one of the most common cosmetic oils. While its known as an oil, it is actually a liquid wax! Because of its waxy nature, it is great at keeping the skin moisturized and hydrated throughout the day. Golden jojoba oil is so commonly used because of its similar composition to human sebum that allows it to moisturize better than other oils and also absorb better!
