Large Chinese Clay Urn Vase Archaic Chinese and Modern Calligraphy A

For sale is an unusual vase that appears to be Chinese.
Bought at auction from a collector of Japanese and Chinese pieces; however, I have no history regarding age.
If interested, please do you own research as I have been unable to find anything at all similar.
The piece is done with a white clay. I can see by looking at the inside that it was done using the coil method.
The outside is decorated with what I believe is modern Chinese calligraphy done with a high-gloss black glaze on the mottled area that resembles a honeycomb.
The higher and smooth areas appear to have incised old Chinese characters.
The urn-shaped vase is 14” tall, 3-1/8” opening, 4-1/4” base and about 7-1/2” at the widest.
Weighs about 8.5 pounds.
There are no marks on the bottom....just some felt dots.
At the time of listing, I have two pieces to make up a pair. They are slightly different.
Due to the heavy weight and size of each, they really cannot be shipped safely together so I will list them separately.
If interested in both, please let me know.  I may be able to work with UPS to ensure they can ship together.

There are variations in the glaze, but it appears to be original.
