    Here is a 1940's era menu sheet cover from the Chas. D. Kaier Brewing Co. of Mahanoy, Pennsylvania. The brewery celebrated its 100th anniversary in 1962.  In 1966 it was sold to Ortlieb's of Philadelphia and is no longer in business today.
    The menu sheet is unused with minor age toning, clean overall and the colors remain strong in appearance. It measures approximately 6-5/8" x 11-3/4" in the closed position or 13-1/4" x 11-3/4" when fully open.
    The artwork is typical 1930-40's. Graphics are printed on the front cover only and the backside is gray-green in color. It is printed on traditional card stock material used on all menu covers from that period.
    Note: The blue border around the picture is background color for contrast and not part of the actual item.
