OLD sterling silver goblet chalise 925 fine silver hallmark 137 grams NOT scrap

Antique? UNBRANDED - NOT MONOGRAMMED  sterling silver goblet 925 fine silver hallmark 136.9 grams NOT scrap.   Approx 6" tall and 3 1/4" across top. Stamped clearly with OLD markings as "STERLING 925 over 1000 FINE". It has 3 makers hallmarks which I cannot make out, and makers mark? part number as 165.   One marks looks kind of like an script - S and the other might be script B?  NO dents, and a few small scratches.  It is NOT weighted at the bottom !  Again 136.9 GRAMS or 4.4297 TROY OZ.  Please enlarge photos for better viewing.
