    Description

For sale is a vintage 1920s RCA Radiola 60 Super Heterodyne Table Model Radio with all nine original tubes.
This came into my possession when I was living in San Diego in the early 70s.
My landlord had purchased the contents of a basement in an estate sale,
and he asked me to help him move the items to his storage facility.
As a reward for my help, he asked me to choose anything I wanted - I chose this antique radio.
    - This radio is untested, I have not tried to turn it on.
    - Please see photos for the overall condition of the item. There is a chip in the veneer on the left front of the top (see photo).
    - All four feet are present and attached – the decorative surround on the inner part of the right front foot is separated, but still attached (see photo).
I’ll leave it to you to correct that with some glue if you wish.
    - The two antenna wires are included, and still connected.
    - There are two cloth-covered power cables, both with what I believe to be the original plugs.
    - The Bakelite tuning knob is missing.
    - The radio measures 29x11x11, roughly, and weighs about 50 pounds – it’s quite heavy..!!
Sorry about the cost of shipping; it's unavoidable at this weight.
    - Again, it is untested – you are buying it “As-Is”.
The way it is now, at the very least it’s a great conversation piece.
