VINTAGE CIRCA 1950s ERA, GW&D - GRAFF, WASHBOURNE & DUNN, NEW YORK USA,
MODEL / PATTERN # 7079, STERLING SILVER 925,
SET OF 6 MATCHING WINE / WATER CUPS / GOBLETS / STEMWARE
WITH TWISTED STEMS
EACH ARE 4-1/4" TALL, TOP OPENING IS 2-5/8" IN DIAMETER,
EACH HOLDS APPROXIMATELY 3 OUNCES OF LIQUID
NO MONOGRAMS,
ONE GOBLET WEIGHS 78.0 GRAMS,
TOTAL WEIGHT OF ALL 6 IS 468.0 GRAMS OR 15.0 TOZ
Each show light wear from use and storage, including minor marks, scratches, and they retain a light patina over the Sterling surface due to aging.  We choose not to polish potentially collectible silver like this and leave that option up to the new owner.  They are straight, not bent, with no major issues at all.
Each are clearly marked on the bottom STERLING 7079, along with the GW&D hallmark for historic and listed USA silversmith, Graff, Washbourne & Dunn (1899-1961), then of New York, NY USA.
This is an absolutely beautiful and classy set of goblets whether you're looking for a set like this to use in your own home bar or whether you collect silver by this listed maker!  Would be great to use at special gatherings or dinner / supper club parties, while being a great silver investment at the same time!
