    Description

    Here are two very nice Vintage Drumsticks, although not a Matched Pair, from the 1960's or 1970's.  The First Drumstick, measuring 16" long, is stamped "Slingerland Gene Krupa Model" on the Shaft; and although a very light Stamp, it is legible at the right angle.  The Second Drumstick, measuring 15 5/8" long, is stamped "Ludwig & Ludwig / Chicago / Model 2B."  Both Drumsticks are in excellent used condition and do show some wear, but have no chips, cracks, or damage of any kind.  The Ludwig Drumstick is wrapped with string just below the Tip and about 1 1/4" up the Taper,
    (Please See Pictures).  I do not know if this is a repair or was done back in the day some 50 years ago to strengthen the Drumstick.  Either way, I can only imagine the songs that these Drumsticks have played.  This is a great pair of very cool Vintage Sticks with as of yet an unknown history.
