Vintage Sterling Silver Cup or Baby Cup with Chinese Dragon

This is a very nice old  sterling silver baby cup or mug with a Chinese dragon on it
**we tested it with our radar gun and it actually comes out at 94% silver so its better than sterling
This is in very good estate condition
It has a nice gold wash inside the cup
It weighs 2.44 troy ounces of sterling silver
It is 3" tall and 2 1/8" across the top in diameter
This is in excellent condition with no damage or monograms
