This bank is in very good used condition.  It has been tested.  The talking part is working, and the animated characters do too EXCEPT for the tree face, it is NOT working.  There is no battery cover.  No batteries will be sent with the item.  It has been recently cleaned and is ready to use.  Please see all pictures and use the zoom feature to examine it up close for condition and model before buying.
